Late, Cancelation, and No-Show Policies
As a professional men's salon that relies on this business for our livelihood, we hope that our clients appreciate and value our time as much as we value theirs. That said, we ask that you try your best to be on time and keep your scheduled appointment. We understand life happens, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

Running late?
Our allotted appointment times are particular to the service being provided. If you are running late we ask that you please call and let us know. You will need to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late past your appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate our clients who are running late, but in some cases, we may not be able to provide the additional complementary services included due to the time frame allotted. Thank you for understanding.

Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time. Canceling is easy. If you booked online you can cancel online or give us a call. If life happens and you are unable to give a 24 hour notice we do understand. After 2 consecutive cancelations in less than 24 hours you will be charged for your missed service and possible loss of online booking rights.

No Shows
We have a strict No Show policy. Please be courteous to stylists and other clients that could have had your appointment time. No Shows will be charged at the time of next service for their missed appointment and possible loss of scheduling privilege's. These clients may utilize our walk in appointments if available.

Please note we have the right to refuse service at any time.
