Luxury Haircuts for Gentlemen started off as an idea of the perfect place that we would want to work. We have worked for so many companies that have failed their clients and employees. After years of building this idea, we finally took that leap of faith and found an opportunity to make this dream a reality. We have aimed high to set ourselves apart from other men's salons. Individually, we have 12+ years' experience in specializing in men's haircuts. We have seen firsthand how other salon owners and managers operate and how it negatively affects the clients and the employees. Our vision and goal is to create an environment not only where clients can come to get a relaxing and quality haircut but where the stylists also understand the growth and anatomy of hair and listens to your wants, needs and concerns. In addition, we strive to be a place where employees are valued and fairly compensated for their hard work, therefore reversing the high turnover rate in the industry. This also greatly impacts the clients as we have seen too often how having to continually find a new stylist is very upsetting and can often result in losing customers.
